McKinsey's research describes the top reasons employees quoted for leaving their job in record numbers. If you look for the common thread: It's human connection that people are missing. They miss feeling as part of a group of people they trust, a place where they matter and the work the group does matters. It's a place where people care for each other. In and of itself that would take care of employee's emotional well-being.

More than ever, the financial success of companies relies on being a human centric work environment first. More than ever leadership development means bringing leaders (who are feeling the pressure themselves) back in touch with their humanity. More than ever we need to learn how to do this in a remote world. It's not an option - it's imperative!
