We help leaders stretch the edge of their comfort zones through thought provoking introspection and carefully crafted exercises. This may happen in classroom trainings, on-the-job coaching, or through facilitation of team meetings.
It is all too easy to return from an offsite and quickly fall back into old behavioral patterns. We build mechanisms into our work that help clients sustain momentum after the initial intervention.
