BUILDING BALANCED LEADERS

"The challenge of leadership is to be strong, but not rude; be kind, but not weak; be bold, but not bully; be thoughtful, but not lazy; be humble, but not timid; be proud, but not arrogant; have humor, but without folly."

FIVE DIMENSIONS EFFECTIVE LEADERS BALANCE

OUR APPROACH
We improve our clients' performance by strengthening their leadership capabilities. We collaborate with you to identify which capabilities would propel you to achieving the success you envision for your organization. We then design and apply tailored interventions that lead to sustained mindset and behavioral change.

TAILOR
We start with your business objectives in mind.
-
What do you want to achieve?
-
How can we help you get there?
From this starting point we design simple and powerful interventions tailored to your organization's environment. Our training programs and top team workshops pay great attention to who is in the room, and what their individual objectives are.

STRETCH
Growing one's leadership capabilities translates into changing one's mindsets and behaviors. We help leaders stretch the edge of their comfort zones through thought provoking introspection and carefully crafted exercises. This may happen in classroom trainings, on-the-job coaching, or through facilitation of team meetings.

SUSTAIN
It is all too easy to return from an offsite and quickly fall back into old behavioral patterns. We build mechanisms into our work that help clients sustain momentum after the initial intervention. Typically this takes the form of team project assignments monitored by internal sponsors, or ongoing coaching of individuals or teams through our coaches.
